Project description:

A global management and consulting firm is looking for dedicated professionals to work on a client-facing side of their business, working with tickets, onboarding etc

 

Skills Required:

• Novoed platform interface overview – we can train

• MS Excel foundations (conditional formatting, pivot tables, data sorting, Vlookups. SUMIFs )

• Slack (channels, tagging, search, etc)

• Slido, (set up polls, present during meetings)

• Verint surveys (set up, sharing, analytic reports)

• Zoom (chat, breakout rooms set up, participant mgmt, co-hosting, spotlighting)

• Project Management Fundamentals

• PPT slide writing
