We are seeking a talented and motivated Middle UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a Middle UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in UI/UX design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals. This role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field.

- Proficiency in Figma.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

- Experience in creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with motion design and illustration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across various products.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

- Present and communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
