Full-Stack Developer/ Technical Team Lead Offline

So, we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer/ Technical Team Lead with over two decades of expertise in web development. Proficient in modern and legacy technologies spanning from front-end to back-end development and DevOps. Demonstrated history of leading teams, optimizing processes, modernizing systems, and delivering scalable, user-friendly applications.

Requirements:

-Over 10 years in front-end development, with skills in React, mithril.js, Styled Components, and more;

-10+ years of back-end development experience, primarily with Node.js, Express, and Restify;

-Comprehensive knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB;

-10+ years in DevOps with proficiency in Docker, AWS, Github Actions, and Google Cloud;

-Extensive experience as a Technical Team Lead, restructuring workflows and improving team performance metrics;

-Has held roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Chief Technical Officer, Technical Architect and Engineer, and more;

-Track record of setting up deployment pipelines, creating shared code libraries, benchmarking, and more;

-Has contributed to projects in various sectors, including pharmaceutical, educational, and service industries;

-Proven history of managing and training development teams, from hiring to daily management.

Technologies & Tools Expertise:

- Languages: JavaScript, Typescript, Python, PHP, CSS/LESS/SASS, and Bash.

Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable and user-friendly web applications, utilizing modern and legacy technologies for both front-end and back-end;

- Apply extensive front-end development experience to create interactive user interfaces using technologies like React, and Styled Components;

- Utilize strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Express, and Restify to build robust server-side components and APIs;

- Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, to support application data needs;

- Oversee DevOps practices, including deployment pipelines, Docker, cloud services (AWS and Google Cloud), and version control (Github Actions);

- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and team performance metrics to enhance efficiency;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless integration of components;

- Maintain organized documentation of systems, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members and support project continuity.
