As a marketer at IT Outposts, your responsibilities would include:

 

Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote IT Outposts' services and solutions. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining key messaging and positioning.

 

Content Creation: Developing engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media and case studies. This includes writing compelling copy, creating graphics or visuals, and collaborating with team to generate relevant content.

 

Digital Marketing: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic. This may involve search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing and other digital marketing channels.

 

Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or marketing automation platforms. Providing regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and market gaps, and making recommendations for product/service enhancements or new offerings.

 

Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including SDR, sales, and accounting, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborating with external agencies or contractors, as needed, for marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

- Experience: Previous experience 1+ year in marketing, preferably in the IT industry

- Knowledge of IT Industry: Familiarity with the IT industry, including understanding of technology solutions, trends, and challenges, is advantageous.

- Marketing Skills: Proficiency in various marketing techniques and channels is essential. This includes knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and analytics tools. Сopywriting and communication skills are also important for creating compelling marketing materials.

- Analytical Abilities: A good understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics and analytics is valuable.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation software, CRM systems (Confluence), CMS (Wordpress), and social media management tools, is advantageous.

- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for effectively conveying messages and collaborating with internal teams.
