Responsibilities:

* Perform the basic described tasks for the administration of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira ServiceDesk, Confluence).

* Writing and maintaining up-to-date documentation on processes and system functionalities.

* Execution of the described tasks on realization of business processes of internal and external customers in Atlassian products.

* Implementation of the described tasks of the exchange procedure between Atlassian Products and other systems (CRM, ERP, HiBob, etc.)

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of network technologies.

* Basic knowledge of programming basics.

* Basic knowledge of the basics of working with databases.

* Basic knowledge of the functionality of the main product.

* Basic knowledge of adminstration Atlassian products.

* Basic understanding of functionality Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence).

* Ability to perform simple tasks according to the detailed technical task.

* Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management.

* Requirements description in Agile format: Epic, Story, ""Given-When-Then"" scenarios.

* At least basic English (read technical documentation)
