Head of Licensed products unit Offline
Requirements
– 5+ year experience in developing IT products;
– 3+ year experience in the gambling field (providers, aggregators, slots, betting);
– 2+ years of managerial experience;
– Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI and Product Design;
– Analytical thinking, ability to analyze the market and competitors, to find non-standard solutions of tasks;
– Ability to use analytics/analysis tools, understanding of product figures and indicators;
– Data-driven and User-oriented approach is a must;
– Prioritization of tasks, ability to set up working processes, to arrange and to supervise unit work;
– Experience in working with JIRA / Confluence / Figma;
– English – Upper intermediate level (B2).
Responsibilities
– Development of a product strategy of Licensed products unit (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, MGA) based on the company's business goals, including the creation of a detailed roadmap for the product life cycle, the definition of the product market and needs it is aimed at, and its coordination with Chief product officer (CPO);
– Applying research and analysis principles to gain valuable insights of target markets, develop product development strategies, and improve customer/user experience;
– Managing and development unit according to business needs, build strong partnerships within the team and with other departments; solving tactical tasks within team;
– Tracking key performance indicators and metrics according to business goals and in comparison with competitors and their coordination with CPO;
– Coordinating with departments to improve products efforts: product launch, performance evaluation and expansion into new markets; as well – with technical department for creating products, their prioritization and implementation with subsequent implementation and operation;
– Coordination of product strategy, participation in strategic planning and collaboration with all departments and representing the product line as a unit manager.
