Technical Talent Sourcer Offline

We are seeking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to join the team.

 

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing;

- Proficiency in Boolean search and x-ray techniques;

- Solid experience working with LinkedIn;

- Experience using recruiting tools;

- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle;

- Knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market;

- Practical experience working with CRM;

- Intermediate level of English.

 

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates who match our requirements through internal and external data sources;

- Screen candidate resumes and applications;

- Manage job applications through our internal ATS;

- Identify new data sources and contacts to expand our talent pool;

- Monitor and analyze the IT market to stay up-to-date on industry trends;

- Continuously improve the talent sourcing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
