Technical support specialist
Requirements:
English โ upper-intermediate and higher (speaking and writing)
Time management skills
Analytical mindset
Ability to work in a team-based environment
A systematic approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions or similar (Word, Excel)
Will be a plus:
Work experience in technical support
Experience with databases and SQL
Experience with HTTP requests and data interchange file formats (such as JSON and XML)
Familiarity with log analysis and containerized environments
Familiarity with product development life-cycle
Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
Familiarity with iOS, iPadOS
Familiarity with any programming language
Experience with any Unix-influenced systems
Responsibilities:
Processing customers requests
Simulating users cases in the test environment;
Communication with clients via phone calls, emails, jira;
Resolving product related issues;
Integration support;
Bug reproducing / reporting;
Data issues research
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days of remote work.
