Technical support specialist

Requirements:

English โ€” upper-intermediate and higher (speaking and writing)

Time management skills

Analytical mindset

Ability to work in a team-based environment

A systematic approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions or similar (Word, Excel)

 

Will be a plus:

Work experience in technical support

Experience with databases and SQL

Experience with HTTP requests and data interchange file formats (such as JSON and XML)

Familiarity with log analysis and containerized environments

Familiarity with product development life-cycle

Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)

Familiarity with iOS, iPadOS

Familiarity with any programming language

Experience with any Unix-influenced systems

 

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and investigating alerts

Investigating issue reports:

including reproduction, log analysis, and so on;

including investigation of anything related to systems that TW develops (Client app, BFF, and SDI).

Test fixes (requires API calls and/or testing on the front-end app).

Communication with clients via JIRA and teams.

Attendance of support meetings (1~2 per day)
