Requirements:

  • English โ€” upper-intermediate and higher (speaking and writing)
  • Time management skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving
     

Will be a plus:

  • Work experience in technical support
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Experience with API
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
  • Familiarity with log analysis
  • Familiarity with product development life-cycle
  • Familiarity with iOS, iPadOS
  • Familiarity with any programming language
     

Responsibilities:

  • Working on resolving clients issues
  • Client communication and issue ownership
  • Meeting SLA for owned issues
  • Maintain strict and professional communication with other department


Work Schedule: 
Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days of remote work.
