Requirements:
- English โ upper-intermediate and higher (speaking and writing)
- Time management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- A systematic approach to problem-solving
Will be a plus:
- Work experience in technical support
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Experience with API
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
- Familiarity with log analysis
- Familiarity with product development life-cycle
- Familiarity with iOS, iPadOS
- Familiarity with any programming language
Responsibilities:
- Working on resolving clients issues
- Client communication and issue ownership
- Meeting SLA for owned issues
- Maintain strict and professional communication with other department
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days of remote work.
