What You’ll Do:

- Build cutting-edge products - your skills can shape the world and make it a better place.

- Be part of key decision-making from architecture to release, and see how your ideas fuel the engine of the next unicorn.

- Take ownership of your work every step of the way - suggest technological and organisational improvements, fix bottlenecks, and share ideas on how to improve what you build.

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment of solutions and time commitments.

- Help foster a growth mindset by mentoring, conducting code reviews, and sharing knowledge.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proficiency in Front-end technologies (preferably part of the “blue team” - React);

- Experience in building Back-end solutions (preferably Node);

- Acquaintance with relational and/or No-SQL databases in e.g.: PostgreSQL, MongoDB;

- Experience building or a willingness to learn Solidity-based smart contracts;

- Knowing Rust is a huge plus!

- Understanding of testing strategies and the value they bring;

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices would be great.
