Solution Architect (with GCP)

You are:

Your role:
- Understand clients' needs and design applications or services that create new business value
- Participate in meetings with clients understanding their requirements and translate them to technical specifications
- Keep up to date with the latest developments of Distributed Ledger Technologies and provide deep technical mentorship to the team
- Take ownership of technical decisions and participate in the company's tech strategy definition
- Translate the business requirements and objectives into the right technical solutions.
- Explain complicated topics in an understandable manner to audiences of different technical capabilities
- Participation in all stages of software development - from design and development to deployment and maintenance
- Coach and mentor other members of the development team, growing the collective knowledge and expertise of the group


Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Solution Architect
Solid design patterns knowledge. Love for well-tested and clean code, OO principles, SOLID and KISS
- Understanding of SDLC, excellent communication, and business skills
- Understanding of the modern development ecosystem: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, etc
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design and development
- GCloud
- Event-based and microservices architecture
- Java

Would be a plus:
- Good understanding of distributed systems architecture. Comfortable with Enterprise Business applications and environments
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DLT frameworks is a plus (R3 Corda & Hyperledger Fabric)
