2D Illustrator/Animator 1,000.00 USD for 60 Seconds $1000 Offline

We are a well-established company in the explainer video/video production industry in The United States

Our founder needs an extremely skillful and detail-oriented Animator/Illustrator to join our team

This is a freelance role. You will be hired on a project-per-project basis. We are looking to pay $1000 per 60 seconds of illustrations and animations. This also includes the storyboard, revisions, and source files.

Outcomes of the job:

You will work with the creative Director and Project Manager to...

- Create custom illustrations (vector Illustrations) that will need to be animated by yourself or one of our animators. This includes character assets, environments, typography, etc.

- You will need to be able to create, 2D, Isometric, and motion graphic illustrations. 3D Illustrations are a plus.

- Understand instructions from short video briefs and be able to creatively illustrate what is requested/required.

- Compile all of your completed illustrations into an easy-to-understand storyboard.

-Upload your work daily to our shared file storage

- Understand current color trends and the way they should be used. Upgrade to see actual info is a great resource

- Understand how to implement a brand's guidelines via its brand book, such as color, font, logo sizing, and design usage

-Understand current design trends so that your illustrations aren't "dated" and are almost ahead of the trend.

- Animate custom illustrations that were created by yourself or one of our Illustrators. This includes character assets, environments, typography, etc. Animations need to be detailed, engaging, life-like

- You will need to be able to create, 2D, Isometric, and motion graphic animations. 3D animations are a plus.

- Understand instructions from short video briefs, video descriptions, and scripts, to be able to creatively animate what is requested/required.

- Upload your daily work to our shared file storage

- Understand how to implement a brand's guidelines via their brand book, such as color, font, logo sizing, and design usage,

-Understand current animation trends so that your animations aren't "dated" and are almost ahead of the trend.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding

- Must be a ninja at English written communications

- Good English on phone/meetings

- Must have a lot of experience as an animator animating custom illustrations for a western company (USA, Australia, UK, Etc)

- Experience in creating animations using a company's brand guidelines

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser-like focus

- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions

- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
