Senior Product Manager Offline

We are a product company running several B2C web products for thousands of users in Ukraine, USA and Western Europe. We are looking for a proactive Senior Product manager for one of the company’s existing web products. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product development cycle, scheduling feature list, communication with development, retention, team support for solving daily issues, market analysis, and much more.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience managing complex web products;

- Strong understanding of UX / UI principles;

- Strong skills in web analytics and data analysis;

- Experience working in a product team of 10+ people;

- A proven track record of high-quality web products you have built or improved.

Will be a plus:

- Analytical/technical background;

- Experience in Betting / Gambling / Dating / Crypto business.

Responsibilities:

- You will take full responsibility for one of the company’s biggest web products and will be responsible for their product KPIs and product lifecycle;

- You will create product roadmaps and plans, generate hypotheses, create user stories and functional requirements, leading them all the way from idea to production;

- You will be proactively analyzing product KPIs and improving them on a day-to-day basis;

- You will be working closely with designers, retention team, marketing, and development teams;

- You will be constantly analyzing the market and competitors on our way to build the best product in the industry.
