Product Owner with experience in Blockchain/crypto (m/f/d) Offline

Who You Are

We are seeking a highly driven, personable, and competent individual who has startup DNA and wants to help us uphold and fulfill the EarthScore mission.

What You Will Do

You are part of a development team and are the interface between the technology and business divisions.

Execute product roadmaps, adjust the roadmap goals to account for technical and non-technical business needs. From minimal viable product to market readiness.

Develop quality user stories that are consistently written and adhere to acceptance criteria standards.

Navigate conflict between multiple business constituents and appropriately balancing risk with business value.

Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders with the ability to manage expectations for major initiatives.

Maintain open and constant communication with the EarthScore team, management, and customers.

Provide transparency regarding development plans and upcoming releases to business stakeholders.

As a product owner, you will be responsible for project support and participation throughout the entire duration of the project. This includes but is not limited to project planning, requirement analysis, conception, control & implementation to documentation, tests, training & rollout. Everything is designed from a single source.

You are responsible for the corporate responsibility for the product in terms of “time to market”, the resources used, the price calculation and the cost-performance ratio.

You ensure the continuous support and further development of the product.

Qualifications

You have a degree in computer science/ business informatics/ media and/or 5+ years professional experience in software product management or as a product owner (preferably in the field(s) of IT/science).

The ideal Product Owner is a professional, collaborative team player that is comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization.

Applicants should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills along with an advanced understanding of the Agile framework.

Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

You thrive to adapt your own and your team’s workflow dynamically by always keeping the goal in focus.

You have experience in Blockchain/crypto.

Experience with Conversion Optimization and A.I would be a plus!

You have strong English skills.
