EXPERIENCE:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Support is required for this position, with exposure in Customer Services, Market Research, and Finance.

- Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

- Experience working with Asia.

- Understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel

- Proficient in Canva

- Great communication skills

- Artistic / Creative, Flexible, and with initiative

- Can multi-task

- A team player

- Upper Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation of marketing research and reports for management (mandatory be aware of the effectiveness of your brand in the market)

- Monitoring the implementation of market strategies and campaigns

- Preparation of the annual advertising calendar

- Assistance in developing marketing plans and campaigns to improve customer interaction

- Work with the customer support department to monitor, deliver and manage the marketing process and campaigns

- Identify marketing opportunities

- Conducting advertising campaigns in social networks (facebook, instagram) email, sms, web push notifications
