Required skills

* At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment

* English level Intermediate (or higher) is a MUST, both spoken and written

* Strong computer skills: you must feel comfortable with learning new processes, systems & tool, Google Suite of products

* Ability and willingness to deal with repetitive work without losing concentration

* Strong personal communication skills. Good at asking questions.

* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

* Ability to establish and maintain a vast network of effective professional relationships

* Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects

* Ability to work remotely

Will definitely be a plus:

* Experience with any ATS
