Social and Community Manager, ICLUB Global Offline
ICLUB Global currently has a loyal following on social media channels, and we invite a Social Mastermind to increase our reach and upgrade our investors’ experience in interacting with our product.
This role is only full-time, either remote or based in Kyiv (on-site).
Here’s how you will be contributing:
- Initiate and lead a content plan for social media channels reflecting the values and goals of ICLUB Global, through a creative and user-intuitive approach
- Produce a wide variety of original content including texts, pictures, live streams, animations and short-form videos for our SM channels.
- Coordinate groups with ICLUB investors and manage their engagement.
- Grow our audience x 3-4 annually, through consistent visibility and engagement. Test your hypotheses, monitor results, and offer new directions.
- Ensure consistency of visual content and “one voice” across all of our social media channels.
- Work together with the Content team to align and reach a consensus.
About you:
- You know about a trend, before the Instagram influencers
- You notice a missing apostrophe on a billboard, hanging outside a shop across the street from you
- You switch between Ukrainian and English as you do between your many social media accounts
- IT is an industry you’ve been a part of for years and you aim to become the relevant voice in this industry
- You leave spontaneity for the amateurs and follow a strict diet of scheduled tasks
- Good relationship-building skills to enable trusted and enduring relationships with our investors' online community. You will serve as the point of contact.
