Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify system requirements

Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements

Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities

Explore integration requirements with Customer systems and help dev team with integration

Documentation of the requirements

Collaborate with dev teams, product owner to implement new features

Perform verification of implemented solution.

Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the product management

Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate new features, pre-sale activities

Participate in project activities, demonstration for Customers, user training

Requirements:

Motivated by research, and learnings

Team player

Ability to structure, control and prioritize the process

Analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

As a plus:

Experience in Business Analysis/Project Management

Experience in Call Center domain

English Pre-intermediate
