Job Description
Experience in IT project management (experience of managing organization of 20+ people is a plus)
Development or QA background with great understanding of SDLC
Experience working with Agile methodology and understanding of Waterfall
Leadership, decision making and team motivation skills
Strong people management skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to line manage people in different teams and different technology stacks
Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
Proactive in processes improvement
At least upper-intermediate or advanced written and spoken English
Would be a plus:
Past experience of managing multi-location/cross-country teams
Consulting skills, ability to elaborate ideas, explain technical concepts in simple way, convey technical visions to business people
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Experience in the international organization, working with EU and North American clients
Hands on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M, Cost+
Budget management skills
