We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst!

We work with cryptocurrency projects from around the world with one main goal - the mass introduction of blockchain technology.
We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst!
Requirements:
- skills in working with Google services (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms);
- ability to analyze information and create analytical reports;
- ability to work with large amounts of information;
- the ability to highlight the main ones from a wide range of information;
- analytical mind;
- perseverance.
Responsibilities:
- сompiling surveys in Google Forms to receive feedback from candidates and specialists;
- distribution of survey forms to candidates and specialists of the company;
- collecting feedback and preparing reports based on the results of the responses;
- collection of information for analytics on the main KPI indicators (HR and Recruiting).
Would be a plus:
- excellent written and communication English skills;
- understanding of HR processes;
- understanding of HR metrics;
- working with KPIs;
- сompleted HR or recruiting courses.
