Junior JS/HTML Developer Offline

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Junior Automation Manager (Salesforce platform Marketing Cloud). We work remotely and you can work from anywhere (we have representative offices in Poland, Ireland, Ukraine).

Requirements:

- English level B2/C1;

- Write basic SQL, including join statements for audience segmentation, reporting, and data extracts;

- HTML/CSS and Java Script basic knowledge;

- Basic knowledge of web development, REST and SOAP APIs.

Nice to have:

- Experience working with CRM or Marketing Automation systems;

- General internet marketing, SEO, eMail marketing, SMM knowledge, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

About the role:

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform. This new position will support the email marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer journeys.

What you will do:

- Building segments and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Setup dynamic campaigns using AMPscript.

- Create cloud pages for data capture and other projects.

- Propose new ways of working for the teams to reduce campaign execution time and effort.

- Understand and implement Salesforce best practices.

User training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.

- Work with CRM team and the digital team as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert.

- Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units.
