Your Profile:
- Proficient English Communication Skills: At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Development Methodologies Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of various development methodologies.
- Management Methodologies Insight: Proficient in management methodologies and their application.
- SDLC Understanding: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Methodologies Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Software Development Acumen: Extensive understanding of software development processes and procedures.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Exceptional organization and planning abilities to manage projects efficiently.
- Customer Communication Experience: Proven experience in effectively communicating with customers.
- Account Management Experience: Previous experience as an Account Manager.
- Risk Management Skills: Competence in identifying and managing project risks.
- Software Testing Knowledge: Understanding of software testing processes and best practices.
- Task Prioritization and Planning: Ability to prioritize tasks and develop work plans based on these priorities.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Capable of quickly solving problems, making decisions, and taking responsibility.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team, regardless of personal mood.
- Project Management Knowledge: Solid knowledge in the field of project management.
- Conflict Management Skills: Effective conflict management capabilities.
- Project Lifecycle Insight: Understanding of the project life cycle and its phases.
- Project Processes Understanding: Basic comprehension of project processes.
- Client Business Needs Awareness: Basic understanding of the client's business needs.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the basics of client-server architecture.
Key Responsibilities for You:
- Collecting Feedback/Weekly Calls on the Projects/ Identifying Problems and Bringing Them to the Top Management;
- Calls with Customers/Communication to Get Feedback on the Work of Employees/ Identifying Potential Upsells;
- Resource Planning;
- Checking the Logging of Hours and Collecting the Number of Hours from Employees for Reports;
- Participation in Sales;
- Weekly Report for Top Management;
- Monitoring the Progress of Work on Waterfall/Fixed-Price Projects;
- Control and Assistance on Project Start;
- Assistance to Employees with Everything Necessary;
- Employees' Motivation Control.
