Overview
Looking for an agency to monitor Laravel/NuxtJS application and respond to critical issues on an as-needed basis through July 2023.
The goal of this contract is to ensure we have 24/7 response availability. The project already has someone on the team that monitors from 8PM PST to 8AM PST. Looking for an agency to cover the daytime period.
For reference, we have had one incident in last 30 days that required an immediate hotfix.
Stack, Tools & Team
Backend Repo: Laravel 9.x API Frontend Repo: NuxtJS 2.x, Bootstrap 4
iOS and Android app built from NuxtJS, but not updated frequently and can probably be excluded
Gitlab for Issue management and deployments Docker
Company already in place that manages DevOps using Gitlab CI/CD, Docker, Vultr servers, and Cloudflare

1 part-time developer that works on issues and monitors the application from 8PM PST - 8AM PST
Objectives:

Required Objective: Application Monitoring and Hotfix Resolutions as needed Ensure that we monitor major issues and critical errors and triage/fix those issues as needed.
Optional Objective: Code Contribution
Depending on fit, budget, and bandwidth, work on approved tasks to build, improve, and fix non-critical items on the project board.

Monitor application from 8AM PST to 8PM PST
If any downtime occurs, connect with DevOps to see if it’s a dev ops issue or a coding issue that needs a hotfix
Any major errors reported, triage issue and fix if critical to application functionality.
Monitor Customer Support Inbox
Triage any customer support tickets that are preventing the users from properly using the application. This might include critical errors on page load, the order process, and other core functions.
