Portfolio Marketing Lead, Insurance industry Offline
We are looking for a candidate to drive the global Portfolio Marketing activities for the Insurance industry at Luxoft.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with the industry lead to define the offering propositions and differentiators
• Working with subject matter experts and internal creative teams to produce and publish thought leadership and social media materials
• Defining and managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, that support the sales cycle through all steps of the buyer journey
• Working with external suppliers to research, promote, coordinate and measure events
• Market research, including identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping buyer journeys
• Researching, preparing, orchestrating and tracking social media campaigns
• Supporting the industry team to create client-facing sales materials and case studies
• Coordinating enablement sessions between subject matter experts and salespeople
Through the role, the candidate will gain a deep understanding of how Luxoft operates as a business and how we go to market.
Skills
Must have:
• Must have prior experience in B2B marketing
• Previous experience with IT or working in an IT company is highly desirable
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Organised and self-motivated to execute tasks and projects
• Good soft skills
• High attention to detail

Project Description
Luxoft sells and delivers a wide range of technology services to B2B buyers around the world. The Portfolio Marketing team are responsible for defining the offering sets and driving go-to-market activities into specific industries and target markets.
We partner with sales, account management and offering leads to define market segments, propositions, differentiators and messaging, and then work with our internal creative teams to build engaging content and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
