As a Delivery Coordinator/Project manager, you, with your colleagues: SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and developers, will be in charge of ensuring high quality of the projects’ delivery.

It is an exciting opportunity to jump into the dynamic environment of global SEO projects by managing their different aspects: planning, execution monitoring, status reporting, processes establishment, delivery, etc.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Support the business development team in pre-sales and client-facing negotiations;

• Leading projects’ initiation;

• Gathering and processing projects’ requirements from the external and internal stakeholders;

• Projects’ estimation (time-frames, resources availability, budget, and risks);

• Allocation of the tasks and keeping records in project management tools;

• Coordinative support of the project deliveries;

• Maintaining project documentation and reporting;

• Post-production project support;

• Managing cross-functional communication inside the team;

• Keeping team relations efficient and collaborative;

• Facilitating different kinds of meetings with both external and internal stakeholders (start-up, progress, feedback calls, etc.);

• Contribution to the optimization of delivery processes;

• Support recruitment processes.

We’re looking for:

• At least one year of Project management/coordinative experience;

• Strong knowledge of a project lifecycle, methodologies, and project documentation;

• Ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds, mindsets, and cultural differences;

• Work experience with the following tools: Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), G-suite, Hubspot

• At least upper-intermediate written and spoken English;

• Proactiveness and positive attitude;

• Being flexible, adaptive, and a fast learner.

How to knock our socks off:

• Basic knowledge of website production (WordPress), hosting, and domain names registration fields;

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEO content, and design principles;

• Familiarity with the functionality of Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush, Wincher, and Matomo.
