Ruby On Rails Engineer (Only candidates outside of Ukraine)

The company is specialized in the entertainment industry. They provide a wide range of services such as Post Production, Asset Management, Distribution, Localization, Live Streaming, OTT, Digital Cinema.

One of the projects you will be working on as a Ruby-On-Rails engineer is a platform for movie producers and movie theaters to strike deals.

Team

You will be 2 developers on the project mentioned above. Depending on the progress you might join other teams on other projects.

The team is fully remote.

Stack

- Backend: Ruby-On-Rails, PG, AWS,

- Frontend: .erb files

- API: REST

- Tools: Terraform, Docker

Position

- Full-time remote position in the client's team, developing the product for the long term

- 6 weeks trial period

- Maintain and improve the products you work on

- Advice and iterate on the whole app (front-end interaction, infrastructure)

- Suggest improve and implement good development practices

- Take part in all rituals (scrum)

Requirements

- Up to 3y professional experience using Ruby On Rails.

- Strong knowledge of Unit-test, and Functional-test.

- Willing to contribute fullstack (architecture + back + front).

- Fluent spoken & written English.
