Requirements:

🔹Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;

🔹Practical knowledge of different recruitment approaches and resources;

🔹Proven experience in recruitment for IT and non-IT positions;

🔹Experience in various ways and methods of verifying skills of candidates different levels;

🔹Good team player and strong ability to work as an independent specialist;

🔹Strong communication skills and ability to understand different personalities;

🔹Ability to set priorities and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

🔸Recruitment for various roles in the company such as: support and marketing managers, engineers as software and hardware, etc.

🔸Cooperation with Hiring Managers and defining recruitment needs and goals.

🔸Creating and publishing job advertisements.

🔸Cooperation with recruitment companies & institutes if needed.

🔸Taking care of the positive candidate experience during the whole recruitment process.

🔸Recruiting candidates using different channels.

🔸Employer branding activities: social media, conferences, fairs if needed.

🔸Working with in ATS system and updating information as needed.
