Requirements:
- At least 0,5 year of HR experience
- Degree in psychology or human resources management
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Excellent Internet search skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and problem solving skills

- Adaptation process coordination
- Run 1*1 meetings
- Performance appraisal process coordination
- BambooHR maintenance
- Development of internal communication
- Employee satisfaction surveys coordination
- Offboarding process coordination
