Business Development Manager Offline

Requirements:

- at least 2 years of sales or related experience in B2B industry;

- Fluent English, both written and spoken C2/C1 level;

- Experience in lead/demand generation;

- Experience of working with customers and deep understanding of appropriate communication with them;

- Great presentation skills;

- Ability to comply with tasks independently and meet deadlines.

- Proactivity and effective time management skills.

 

Would be a plus:

- Knowledge of the French/German language

- Experience with sales tools, CRM tools (pipedrive, apollo, ...)

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Generation of new opportunities (outbound) as well as processing the existing ones (inbound);

- Conducting calls with potential clients, presenting the company's value, services and approaches as well as understanding of client's needs and requirements;

- Preparation of proposals, commercial propositions and other supporting materials for potential clients;

- Negotiating regarding the contract terms on Cooperation Agreements and other legal staff;

- Preparing responses to RFx;

- Working actively with other departments.
