The project is a push-to-talk (PTT) solution that provides instant and reliable access to people and information for deskless teams so they can collaborate and communicate for efficient teamwork. Providing crystal-clear reception workers can securely collaborate across teams, departments, offices and countries on any smart device and any network.

 

Over 130 million people worldwide use this platform app to build stronger communication, collaboration, and cohesion no matter where you are.

 

 

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us build scalable systems that maintain reliability, optimize performance, and improve our development environment. You will be responsible for setting up a modern DevOps environment, provisioning systems and services, deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs.

 

After your first year, you will

● Build and configure new development tools and infrastructure in AWS and IBM Cloud.

● Automate and improve development and release processes.

● Work with the engineering team to modernize the development environments to speed up our deployment and release process.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

● Continuously seek to improve product reliability, developer ergonomics, and efficiency.

● Deploy updates and fixes, and provide technical support.

● Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

● Identify technical problems and develop software updates.

● Investigate and resolve technical issues, and provide root cause analysis.

● Develop scripts to automate product operation and deployment.

● Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

● BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

● 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.

● Proficient with Linux and Git.

● Working knowledge of a scripting language such as PHP or Python

● Working knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.

● Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS.

● Problem-solving attitude.

● Collaborative team spirit.
