Requirements:

Higher education (preferably psychological or linguistic)

High motivation to work in the field of HR

Basic knowledge of psychology

Attention to detail

High self-organization and discipline

Proactivity

English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)

Will be a plus:

Work experience in the field of HR

Responsibilities:

Onboarding/offboarding of employees

Management of employee adaptation and Performance review

Monitoring the mood of the team

Organization and holding of events

Management of the motivation and assessment system

Management of career and talent development issues

Conducting trainings with personnel

50% compensation for sports/education, after 6 months. work in the company
