Technical Project Manager

Project Description
Our platform helps the bank to increase efficiency and scalability, reduce operational risk and eliminate the majority of manual interventions in processing margin calls. The platform is a set of front-end tools and back-end engines.

Responsibilities
- This role doesn't assume team management (PM will not have subordinates), but rather project management of multiple parallel projects across Luxoft and non-Luxoft teams
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
- Provide RAG status to Client's Senior Management
- Build project plan, identify internal\external dependencies, define possible release dates
- Prepare release documentation, gather release approvals
- Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs.

Skills
Must have

- 3+ years of PM experience
- Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different team members
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Data analysis technics
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

- Experience in Investment banking is a big advantage
- MSSQL knowledge
- Advanced user of Jira tool

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
