PHP Developer (Laravel) (offline)

Requirements:
* PHP7.4+
* Mysql/MariaDB
* Laravel

Would be a plus:
* Symfony
* Understanding static typing and analyse tools (phpstan, psalm)
* Testing experience (phpunit, codeception, infection)
* Python experience

Responsibilities:
* Writing and maintaining APIs for web applications
* Build services for applications
* Write unit and functional tests
