Requirements:
- 0,5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment in the IT industry;
- Team management background;
- Experience in global recruitment;
- Advanced level of English;
- Excellent networking, strong analytical and negotiation skills;
- Being result-oriented, attentive to details, and an outside-the-box thinker.

Responsibilities:
- Search for passive candidates through a variety of sourcing tools
- Communication with the candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen and select the resumes
- Post the vacancies on social media
- Conducting non-technical interviews
