Job Description:

Team task management - monitoring the setting and completion of tasks on time, monitoring the status of tasks, reporting information about delays to upper management at any stage

Communication with performers and customers of tasks, assistance in communication between stakeholders

Team workload control

Improve work processes both within the team and interact with other teams

Assistance in operational activities (preparation of presentations, regular reporting on the work of the department, project documentation, description of business processes, etc.)

Qualifications:

Experience in IT - PM role 1+ year

Developed managerial skills

General understanding of Scrum/Agile

Experience with JIRA, Slack, Confluence

General understanding of the product development lifecycle

Skills of competent and effective communication with people (ability to negotiate and resolve disputes)

Proficiency in written and spoken English
