Account Manager (Crypto Network) Offline
So, our expectation from you:
β 1+ year on a similar position or similar field of business
β Professional level of English. You will communicate with potential and existing clients all over the World;
β Strong management skills;
β Professional communication skills, ability to build long term relationships with advertisers;
β Demonstrated ability to manage external relationship;
β Understanding of market specifics;
β Accuracy in documentation and payment processes.
Your main duties will be:
β Managing and setting the goals for the team, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
β Develop and maintain strong trusted business relationships with future partners, offering them professional support and feedback;
β Motivate our existing partners to stay loyal to the company and increase our profit together;
β Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;
β Manage our affiliate platform and take a part in our IT product;
β Manage ppl and take a part in a work-flow process on a daily basis;
β Develop new working strategies and their implementation.
