Account Manager (Crypto Network) Offline

So, our expectation from you:

 

β€” 1+ year on a similar position or similar field of business

β€” Professional level of English. You will communicate with potential and existing clients all over the World;

β€” Strong management skills;

β€” Professional communication skills, ability to build long term relationships with advertisers;

β€” Demonstrated ability to manage external relationship;

β€” Understanding of market specifics;

β€” Accuracy in documentation and payment processes.

 

Your main duties will be:

 

β€” Managing and setting the goals for the team, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;

β€” Develop and maintain strong trusted business relationships with future partners, offering them professional support and feedback;

β€” Motivate our existing partners to stay loyal to the company and increase our profit together;

β€” Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;

β€” Manage our affiliate platform and take a part in our IT product;

β€” Manage ppl and take a part in a work-flow process on a daily basis;

β€” Develop new working strategies and their implementation.
