HR Specialist Offline

We are searching for an HR Specialist looking to jumpstart his/her career! Our HR Team is the soul of the company. Each member of our fantastic HR Team is highly professional, friendly and adds great value to the company.

You will:

• Provide full cycle of HR processes (on-boarding, off-boarding, 1-on-1 meetings, performance review etc.);

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;

• Monitor key HR metrics and conducting surveys;

• Nurture a positive working environment, manage corporate culture and cross-functional communications in international teams;

• Consult team members on career development, company policies, and procedures;

• Organize corporate online events;

• Perform other tasks within the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of spoken English (you will communicate English speaking Team Members);

• At least 3 years of HR experience;

• Experience of working in international companies is an advantage;

• Competent user of MS Office software.

Work schedule:

From Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (30 min break) EEST.
