Key qualifications:

- At least 1+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, headhunting, and closing different Senior+ roles;

- Understanding of full-cycle IT recruiting;

- Knowledge of the local IT market;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Creative approach to sourcing;

- Excellent knowledge of active search tools;

- Proactive approach, multitasking, and flexibility;

- Being able to work successfully under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment;

- Intermediate+ English level.

- You will be involved in searching for top talents for our #GemicleFamily;

- Use numerous tools for the best research and look for new ones. Your contribution is important for us!

- Build and maintain good relations with our candidates;

- Conduct HR interviews;

- Closely collaborate with hiring managers;

- Support candidates during all recruitment processes;

- Negotiate job offers with candidates;

- Build a strong network with potential candidates.
