Senior Web and Digital Analyst (offline)

PROJECT TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS

Web Analytics systems: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Matomo)

Tag management systems: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium

Visualization / BI tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI

CRO: HotJar, Google Optimize, VWO

Databases: BigQuery, AWS, MySQL

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Measurement Plans and develop KPIs

Setting up tracking (including tracking for non-standard flows, funnels, and applications, using different tracking systems) while applying enough creativity to find the best methods of data capturing strategy development and implementation for our clients

Provide end-to-end analytics

Communicate a lot with other departments and with our customer while trying to find the best way to provide the customers with data that can change their online business

Build insightful automated dashboards

Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy

Conduct deep-dive research on all areas of customers’ online strategy

 

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering

3+ years of Web Analytics experience

Vast experience in a variety of Web Analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, working with API)

Experience in implementing tags using tag management systems (including writing custom tags on Javascript & jQuery)

Experience turning large amounts of data into concise, client-friendly findings and recommendations

Proficiency in A/B testing

Experience with databases (writing SQL queries)

Experience in creating and explaining dashboard reports, using data visualization tools

Statistical and analytical skills with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data

Strong communication skills to explain complex data, analyses, and findings to non-technical stakeholders

Management experience (working in team, mentoring etc)

Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)

Proficient with R, Python
