Data Engineer

Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a huge Greek company.

Requirements

Must Have:
• 3+ Years of development experience in Java and/or Python
• 3+ Years of development experience in Spark
• 3+ Years of experience with SQL both for relational DBs and non-SQL DBs
• 3+ Years experience with any of the following distributed stores:
o HDFS/Parquet
o S3
o Kudu
• 3+ Years experience with Kafka
• 1+ Years of experience with streaming applications such as:
o Kafka streaming
o Spark streaming
o Apache Flink
• 1+ Year experience with Kafka connect
• 1+ Year experience building containerized applications

Nice to Have:
• Working experience in Telco, Banking, or Public sector domains
• Working experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Working Experience or Certification for Cloudera CDH/CDP
• Working Experience on IBM Cloud Pack for Data
• Experience in Master Data Management projects
• Working Experience with MDM platforms like Talend, Informatica, Tibco etc.
• Working Experience with ETL platforms like Talend, Informatica, Nifi, etc.
• Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics or similar
