Requirements:
— 4+ years of experience in paid acquisition.
— Must be able to create, maintain and optimize campaigns in Google Ads that meet performance metrics.
— Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creative, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
— Able to identify & test new campaign optimization approaches and innovative strategies to increase conversion volume and decrease cost per acquisition. Plus stay up to date on industry best practices, newest breakthroughs and direction.
— Implement innovative tactics in account segmentation, quality score optimization, account automation, bid optimization, keyword expansion and ad copywriting.
— Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content development
— Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign goals, and adjust key performance drivers.
— You can write, speak and perhaps even think in English, at the (B2-C2) level.


Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the development and implementation of paid search campaigns with high budgets
— Research our competitors, their offerings, and their messaging and ensure that our selling propositions are communicated effectively across all channels and within the industries in which we compete
— Examine ongoing results to identify campaign trends and deliver actionable insights
— Oversee, manage, and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major PPC metrics
— Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different groups
— Strategize, set-up, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook (and other social advertising platforms), and Microsoft Ads platforms
