Digital Media Buying Сoordinator Offline
Responsibilities
• Setting up and entering media plans into our media buying & billing software (Strata)
• Monthly reconciliation of the media buys, verification of final billable numbers against booked and
delivered amounts
• Identifying, issuing, and resolving vendor invoicing discrepancies
• Managing a large volume of data that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support Media operations team in actualizing media plans against buysheets, pacing reports and
delivery reports
• Maintenance of status documents, internal reports, reconciliation sheets and other spreadsheets
• Prioritization of day-to-day tasks across campaigns
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Building and maintaining positive working relationship with various departments across the
organization.
• Utilization of media tools and internal applications
Qualifications & Skills
• Comparable work experience within digital media and/or billing.
• Ability to work independently and to proactively problem solve with little direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies and solutions, and take on new opportunities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge. Ability to perform VLookups, Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic worksheet formatting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience in the Advertising industry including knowledge of Freewheel (Strata) or Media Ocean
is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate.
• Ability to work with various functional areas and all levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing/Media, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of professional business experience.
• 0-2 years of digital marketing experience, billing/reconciliation experience or comparable industry experience.
• Readiness to work in the office from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
