Responsibilities

- Creation of Security Token Offering (STO) documentation;

- Consulting the company's clients in relation to their STO;

- Development/maintenance of the company's inner projects (other than those related to STO).

Knowledge:

- Securities laws (US, EU is a must, other jurisdictions will be a plus)

- International tax law (if "yes" - great);

- Corporate law;

- Contractual law;

- General blockchain understanding/Blockchain regulations are a big plus;

- Previous professional experience: top/middle-tier consulting legal firms.
