Junior Monitoring Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Murka is looking for a Junior Monitoring Specialist to join our friendly team. We want you to become a valuable part of the company's projects. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Monitoring the operation of servers by means of the Nagstamon program;
• Anomaly detection in Firebase, Tableau, different dashboards;
• Work with users' tickets in HelpShift;
• Service desk monitoring;
• Smoke testing.
• Work with Jira and Wiki (Confluence);

• Ability to handle a lot of tasks simultaneously
• Ability to be a team player
• Quick learning

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in mobile games testing;
• Experience in Google docs and Google sheets;
• Knowledge of VPN-technologies;
