Responsibilities we will trust you with:

- Full cycle of recruitment (IT and non-IT positions) - local and international markets;

- Maintain HR information and employee data in HRIS, ensure it is performed fully, accurately, and on time;

- Assistance and coordination of all the HR processes;

- Provide support to managers in HR and related matters, gather and provide necessary data.

 

Skills we would like you to bring to the team:

- 0-6 months experience in full-cycle recruitment in IT companies;

- Excellent communication skills in English (writing & speaking);

- General understanding of IT field and its specifications;

- Knowledge of all stages of the recruitment process;

- Friendly with LinkedIn and other channels for researching;

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to their importance and urgency;

- Strong interest in all aspects of Human Resources together with a desire to develop and learn quickly.
