Support Manager (Remote) Offline

You will be:

 

Oversee support for our CloudLinux OS and KernelCare products.

Work closely with our team of talented engineers who are supporting the company's customers

Plan and schedule support team’s work

Develop and monitor metrics to manage a performance support team

Act as a point of escalation for critical customer issues

Prioritize incoming support issues based on urgency and customer impact

Coordinate with product engineering teams on bug fixes, feature requests, and emergency issues

Ensure that the company exceeds customer expectations for support and response time SLAs

 

What you need for this position:

 

2+ years of experience in managing a support team

In-depth knowledge of Linux

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent English

Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
