What is needed?

Previous experience as a Recruiter

Right-to-work knowledge

Full understanding of the employee lifecycle

Conversational English

What you will be doing?

Screening and shortlisting candidates prior to submission

Be a strong Resourcer - able to apply different recruitment methods to source people as per the relevant requirement

Recruitment Administration including advertising of positions (Job boards, social media, Ad-hoc advertising campaigns), ensuring the applicant tracking system and talent pools are up to date, arranging interviews

Based on results we are proposing based salary + high bonuses.

We are covering all expenses related with soursing candidates.
