Linux System Administrator / DevOps Offline

The responsibilities of the new hire include labs Linux-based and virtualization infrastructure management, configuration, design, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, and ongoing documentation of systems and procedures. Also, the candidate will be responsible for IT DevOps automation writing, managing and running projects.

Requirements:

o Hands-on experience in Linux troubleshooting with excellent problem-solving skills

o Experience with various operating systems and virtualization environments: Linux flavors, VMware, KVM, Xen, etc.

o Familiarity with the installation of Web servers, databases, and application services

o Shell scripting proficiency

o Knowledge of Perl, Python, PHP

o Experience with network services such as BIND, DHCP, NFS, NIS, RADIUS, SMTP, SNMP, etc.

o Ability to handle several tasks in parallel, effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment

o Good communication skills, project leading skills, team player

o Good English written and verbal communication skills

o Experience with LDAP, Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL, GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins

Advantages:

o B.Sc. in an engineering field.
