What You'll Be Doing

Managing an SEO team (Link Building and Jun/Mid SEO specialists);

Defining the strategic direction, roadmap and prioritisation process of SEO tasks across different markets;

Work closely with Content, FrontEnd/IT and Marketing teams to execute SEO campaigns;

Works in partnership with our data science specialist on forecasting and reporting as well as getting insights that are crucial for SEO growth;

Superwise the entire SEO optimisation process (keyword research, competitor analysis, creating content briefs, technical SEO tasks and managing PR/link building process);

Working with WHITE large international projects (from 10K to 10M+ pages).

What You'll Need

Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English;

3+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record (ideally with international websites 10K+ pages);

Experience managing a team;

You should know each corner of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog etc.;

Strong Excel / Google Spreadsheets;

Strong understanding of WEB development and technical SEO;

Strong understanding of Link building process;

An analytical and strategic thinker.

Nice to have

Experience building internal SEO tools (but not required);

Experience working with Tableau/Google Data Studio (but not required);

SQL/Python (but not required);

German/French/Spanish language proficiency (but not required).
